Holiday in Wales

What a week I have had and so much fun! We had Sam and Toby staying last week and we watched Robots and ate pop corn the first night and then had a bath together !! The next day we went to Mcdonalds and then the Doctor Who Museum we then all went to stay with Nanna M, Nana and Grandad in the caravan in Trecco Bay. What fun ! The weather was not up to much and it took them 17 hours to get there but it was worth it. I stayed in a bedroom with Nanna M and Auntie Vannessa, Uncle Dave and Josh stayed with Muumy and Daddy but we met up every day and went to the beach. We had one very sunny day on Tuesday and got chance to go swimming in the sea ! On Friday I went back home where Thomas and Katie had arrived we played with all of my toys although I did not really like the thought of sharing them. Then we went to a different beach and Thomas and I went rock climbing we did not have our swimming shorts so went naked !! all the grown ups Beverley, Alistair, Melissa and Andy drank beer and played cricket and swing ball - it was fun! Then we had a barbecue and went to bed ! I hope they come to stay again soon xx

In My own bed !!!

It is brill ! I get really comfy and feel really grown up. I love it. Mummy and daddy took a while making it as it used to be my cot so it matches my bedroom. Mummy got very upset as she thinks I am growing up too quickly. But I have never slept so well and long I slept in til 10 am last Sunday - I am just like my daddy! After sleeping in I was allowed a treat so I went for lunch with mummy and daddy to Old Orleans and had some lasagne and then we went to see Shrek 3 I had my own pop corn and everything!!

My Summer Holiday

Well I am sorry that it has taken me so long to blog !! I have been so busy since I got back from my jollies. I had an amazing time and was such a good little boy. I loved having my Grandma and Grandad with me and also all of my other friends Auntie Suzanne, Vicky and Eleanor, Lynne and the fat controller ( Maurice to you), Joan, Rob and Ruth ( who have a very cool swimming pool with ducks in it ), Andrew and Jane, plus lots of other guests. I even learnt to sing happy birthday to Su - Anne ( as I call her !!) for her 30th. I learned to build sandcastles ( pat, pat pat)with Grandma and also had a really good swim in the pool. Grandad bought me an icecream most days ( I really know how to work him !!) and also most days Grandma and I went for a coffee and I had icecream!!!! ( Yes two icecreams a day) Mummy and Daddy and I all slept together as I have learned a really clever trick off jumping out of my cot, so I just jumped into mummy and daddy's bed every night !! I also was allowed out most nights but I was a really good boy and just played with my toys at the restaurant and then had my milk and went to sleep. I think I remember being in a bar one night !!!! I loved the aeroplane and wish I could go on one very day. I had my own seat and got very excited when we went up and down !! Excellent. When is my next holiday ?

Sleeping fish

This morning I woke up to find Dori asleep just floating on top of the water, Nemo was swimming around the tank but Dori must have been really tired. I shouted to mummy that Dori was sleeping when she came in to help get me ready for nursery !! Mummy looked quite shocked and then called Daddy. It was all ok when I came home as Dori was back to her usual self swimming around the tank - she looks to have put on a bit of weight though - my she has grown!!!!!

Ronnie's 2nd Birthday

Well can you believe it I am 2!! I had such a great fun filled day. It started at 7.30am when I woke mummy and daddy up and went downstairs with them to find lots and lots of cards and presents and 5 helium balloons !! Mummy and Daddy sang happy birthday to me and then we opened my presents, we also had Auntie Helen and Uncle Chris watching via the webcam which was nice as they got to

see me open all my presents and even saw me blow out my candles on my scooby dooby doo cake !! Mummy and Daddy set off about 15 party poppers which went bang bang bang and made lots of mess! I had lots of lovely presents - a finding nemo toy, finding nemo dvd, an easel, a tool kit and hat, some skittles and some lovely clothes including some Wiggles pants for when I stop wearing my nappies !! and lots of money, as you can see from my tshirt I was born to be spoilt !!!
We then went and had breakfast which started with chocolate cake and then daddy made scrambled egg on toast. Yummy! I spoke to Grandma and Nanna on the phone as they wished me a happy birthday and then I got ready for my special day !!! Just before we set off my present from Nanna and Grandad arrived, a wooden castle for the garden- how exciting !!
We then went to get my main present my fish - I was so excited Daddy asked me to choose my favourite goldfish, mummy wanted the fan tails ones but Daddy said they eat each other whole!! So I chose my Nemo and Dori and chose a bowl and a plant and a pot for them to swim through and some food and a net !! I think we were all set then !!!!! The man put them in a plastic bag and told mummy and daddy how to make sure they were cared for when they got to their new home.
We all went to the Hard Rock cafe where I was given another balloon and ordered chicken sandwich and chips although I did not eat much of the chicken sandwich !!! I do love my chippies and ketchup - and I sat on a big chair - I am two now !! We thought we better get the fish home so off we went to settle them in - it took mummy ages to clean everything but we eventually put them in their bowl and then daddy fed them because they were hungry!! We put a special feeding thing in their bowl as it was the time to set off to grandma and grandads ! I was so excited about seeing pepper I was shouting it all the way to great grandmas! We did not arrive there till very late so although she saw me I was half asleep on the sofa - what a shame - I opened some more cards and saw the little doggies, who must be broke now as they gave me some money to buy something nice for my birthday !! as well as Grandma and Aunie Pat , Julie and Rosie. It was very late then so we hurried back to Grandma and Grandads and that its where I woke up the next day to even more presents !!
Phew what a fantastic day - I have lots of thank you cards to start writing and I can't wait for the rest of the weekend. I am going to a party for Katie today ( who was born on the same day as me a year ago !! and we also had some exciting news on my birthday my friend Samuel's mummy also had a baby boy called Maxwell on my birthday - what a coincidence !! So next year we can all have joint parties !! )and then then I am going to pizza express ith all my family - Grandma and Grandad, Nanna, Vanessa, Sam, Toby, mummy and daddy on Sunday and then to the national railway museum with them and Auntie Claire and Uncle Robert, George, Lily, Ella and Poppy and Auntie Jo and Uncle Chris, and Charlotte!! I can't wait - See you soon xxxxxxxxx

A Wonderful Wet Weekend in Wales

I had a fab weekend with my mummy and daddy who have finally been reunited after three long weekends apart. We celebrated by heading out on Sunday despite the horrible weather, starting with Sunday lunch by the sea in Sully and then a tour of the South Wales coast. We watched surfers at Ogmore by the sea and then moved to watch the waves at Southerndown beach. Daddy skimmed some pebbles and I wobbled over the rocks but was very worried about Daddy falling in the sea and kept shouting careful daddy much to my mummy's delight however daddy thinks I am too much like my mum or could it be Grandad Thorndyke !! We then passed lots of sheep - sheep mummy baa at each one and hello sheep, hello cow !! and went to see the famous sand dunes which were apparently where Lawrence of Arabia was filmed ?! according to Richard. We tried to take a family photo but it did not really work !!

We then went to Trecco bay trying to find a static caravan for Nana and Grandad Hughes, Sam, Toby and Josh to stay in - it looked good fun to me and I had a ride on noo noo ! Look forward to blogging again soon xx Hope you like the photos ( ps have you seen mummy's very cool new car !!)
